Standard support for the people of your supply chain using Dibs includes online training/help, email and online web forms to communicate. The KWITbox support team provides answers, bug fixes and upgrades the software, as required. Our Concierge Team support includes 24/7 online chat support and scheduled operational and strategic support.

You pay for Dibs out of your operational budget. At the end of each month, we invoice you for software and standard support services at the per box pricing/volume for each of our products. Consulting and implementation services are additional with the option to invoice them separately or amortized and part of each end of month software/support invoice.

No contract is required to start using Dibs. You can use it whenever you’d like and only pay for it after you’ve already used it.

There are per box discounts for annual volume commitments that provide flat fee monthly invoicing for 12 months and includes the ability to amortize Consulting and Implementations services in the monthly invoice.

It is safe to say that your employees, vendors, customers, carriers/freight forwarders, 3PL’s and other service providers have a cell phone. Many will also have a laptop. And, somewhere, they have access to a printer. That’s all the technology required for your entire supply chain to operate Dibs.

Each of those people also have different business software, data formats and company cultures that can restrict their ability to ‘work together’. Dibs avoids this problem by doing simple FTP data exchanges using the ‘standard’ data format available from the existing business software. Integration can be deferred entirely or approached incrementally when the value is known.
